Joe Ryan has a Law Degree from ABA Approved School.

The vast majority of the members of congress also have law degrees. While membership in congress is not reserved for attorneys (Hallelujah); having a law degree is certainly a valuable asset for any person that will represent the electorate in floor debates, and in meetings where matters of law might be discussed, and where staff might not be available to provide legal guidance or an opinion regarding a proposed law's constitutionality.

Joe Ryan Refuses to accept Money from anyone

What if every voter demanded that candidates for office accept no money from any Individual or organization as a prerequisite to receiving their vote. Politics in America would change overnight! Instead of listening to a bunch of baloney answers to various political questions, why not first say; Do you accept money to run for office? If the answer is yes, tell them you don't need to talk to them about other issues. What would be the point? Nothing they say could be trusted once they're being paid off by who knows who. Joe Ryan is not excepting any monetary contributions and vows to never take any money in order to run for office. If elected Joe Ryan will never accept any free gifts, meals, boatrides on The Dukester or anything else, ever! Joe Ryan would never leverage a congressional seat in order to provide himself with any post-service, financial windfalls. Candidates coming from either major party have virtually no chance of escaping the money chase. If Joe Ryan is elected he vows to spend all his available time working in the service of his 52nd District constituents and not chasing money, taking calls form 'connected' contributors and figuring out what fundraiser is on for that night. Congresspersons constantly complain that they don't have any time to do anything but raise funds. I would spend zero time fundraising! If Joe Ryan has to accept money to win, he would rather lose the race for the 52nd District Seat.

 Joe Ryan Has some campaign signs going up around town. They were all made on Joe's patio out of some leftover auction materials, and some new 1x 2 pieces of wood. Joe make small signs for less than $2, and he makes big signs for $3 dollars. Both major party candidates get lobbyist and other contributors to pay for their expensive signs. Joe Ryan will put up 100 signs for less than $300 dollars (plus gas money). Joe Ryan will work hard and come up with the $300 himself.

So far Mike Lumpkin has collected approximately 62 donations of more than $200 from individuals or companies located in New York (11), New Jersey (4), Beverly Hills (4), Lajolla (32), Virginia (6), and Delmar (5); Meanwhile Mike has collected Zero donations over $200 from Ramona, Alpine, Descanso, Pine Valley, Borrego Springs, Lakeside, Santee, Lemon Grove, Santa Ysabel, and Julian Combined!

In addition Mike Lumpkin Has taken $$$$ from individuals who work (or worked) at Deutsche Bank, Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, Shipbuilders, coachworks companies, Metlife (one of the the next companies to be bailed out), Trident Submarines, or for real estate companies or developers.

In addition, Mike is taking money from West San Diego politicos like Lynn Shenk, and John Moores. John Moores has already been caught bribing Valerie Stallings (San Diego councilmember). He wasn't prosecuted because he supplies lots of money to both democrats and republican politicians from the San Diego.

Joe Ryan strongly supports efforts to create a green economy; but he won't fall for bunk programs that enrich billionaires, like 'cap and trade'. Joe Ryan believes that every time a defective product is produced, the equivalent of an environmental sin has occurred. Joe Ryan believes that we cannot continue to ignore product quality and durability, when we discuss controlling damage to the environment. The key to controlling the burgeoning worldwide desire for material goods is to make sure every product that is produced fulfills a material need; and to make sure that the same product does not have to be reproduced over and over (to fill the same, identical material-need, again and again). The landfills are running out of space due to the massive amount of junk products that are sold at junk outlets. Giving consumers the tools and rights they need to hold the manufacturers and retailers of junk responsible for what they put into the stream of commerce.

The United States could lead the world in a new emerging market; the manufacture of products that have lifetime guarantees, or guarantees that have real substance and that can be enforced with ease by any consumer of the product. Rather than running from guarantees and warranties, American producers could market the same. Sure, American made products made of superior quality would cost more than products from competitors, but the market for quality products will invariably grow, while consumers of the world will lose their tolerance for 'junk- products' as their skies grow grayer, their rivers die, and their own landfills overflow. If elected, Joe Ryan would work against the production of junk, and try and stop the revolving door that sends products into a port, through a store, and almost straight into the landfill.

Unlike 'Moderate' Democrats, Joe Ryan does not support off-shore drilling or drilling in ANWAR as a solution for America's high energy prices. Instead of being selfish, doesn't this generation have a responsibility to make sacrifices so that the next generation has some resources left at their disposal? Joe Ryan understands that the easiest way out of a problem isn't always the wisest or most equitable way to go.

The Democratic Party only pays lip-service to it's base on issues pertaining to the environment, and when they back a environmental initiative it's usually part of a scam by the Globalist Billionaires to line their pockets some more at our expense; under the guise of protecting the environment. Cap and Trade is such a program. The Democratic Party will get Cap and Trade (the carbon tax paid to hedge funds and corporations) into law sooner or later unless they are stopped. The Democrats are too naive to understand that hedge funds are using money (printed up and loaned from the Federal Reserve bank) to buy the logging rights to forests throughout the world; so they then become the recipients of the tax. And if we ever stop paying or drop out of Kyoto, they'll be 'forced' to liquidate their forest holdings. Any so-called environmentalist that falls for the Democrats, cap and trade tax, is being gullible and naive. Many environmentalist have their heart-and-soul wrapped up in cap-n-trade because the foundations, and think tanks that most work for (directly or indirectly through grants and 'charity') are funded by the same parties holding and accumulating forest-logging-rights on a worldwide basis.

Doesn't it give any environmentalist any concern that most major Wall street Firms, brokerages, and Corporations love cap-and-trade? Has that gang ever backed a legitimate environmental program. It's time to vote for someone who has a clue about cap and trade, and who has a better plan to protect the environment than a party regular like Mike Lumpkin? If you think Joe Ryan doesn't know what he's talking about, or that he got his ideas from a conservative talk show host, think again. If the talk-radio guys bash Cap-N-Trade; that's just because, even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while. The fact is, Cap and Trade is a scam. Don't count on any democrat chosen by party bosses to understand what cap and trade is really all about (Profits for hedge funds holding carbon rights). .

JOE RYAN WILL NOT REST UNTIL FOOD SPECULATORS FUNDED BY THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK ARE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS & THE CARNAGE STOPS!

If you vote for Joe Ryan, you will get a representative who will battle the Federal Reserve Banks' funding of food, and oil speculators with gusto. Joe Ryan knows that affordable housing will only be available to persons of median income, when the prices of homes are not driven up and down by Federal Reserve Bank bubble-creation and deflation.

Denying that hedge funds - that exited the real estate market and entered the commodities market after being given a flood of cheap money by the Fed - are behind the food speculation that is causing the deaths of 6 million people a month, is ludicrous. Voters can't believe all the propaganda spewed on PBS and the National media outlets, without at some point, digging deeper for the truth. Many have. Joe Ryan has too. Consequently, he has a plan to dismantle their system of looting. The Democrats in Congress Love REAL ID!

The Real ID law and the REAL ID Support Act that ban financial Institutions from dealing with anyone who doesn't carry a REAL ID Card! Rudy Guliani says you'll need it to get online on the internet. Others say you'll need it to buy medicine. Where's total people control end? It certainly begins with the REAL ID!

Joe Ryan admits he doesn't have any experience serving in the military; however, Joe Ryan is not ashamed of the same fact; since there are numerous ways to patriotically serve your community and your country. Joe Ryan does support those who are serving, but his definition of 'supporting the troops' does not include deploying American patriots to serve in the giant network of military bases (128 at last count) all across the world, while are allies enjoy open shipping lanes and the disruption of terror activities the US military is engaged in suppressing. Joe Ryan believes that the best way to battle terrorism is to bring most of our troops home from their worldwide positioning, and stop trying to be the world's Mom and Dad, all rolled into one. Joe Ryan believes in reducing the toll on the troops by bringing them home to guard America . The United States geographic isolation from centers of terrorism provides us with the opportunity to realign our entire foreign policy and roll back the entire agenda the Globalist have for our military. We cannot afford to do otherwise. All those in favor of a giant US military used by the Globalist to rule the world, please double the amount you pay the IRS this year or stop indebting the rest of us with your unrealistic visions of how to make your family safe and secure. Get Real and stop dragging the next generation into debt slavery to pay for military insanity. We must spend our military dollars much more wisely and we need to spend a lot less overall. The two goals go hand in hand, and Joe Ryan, if elected, would work to that end.

Joe Ryan believes that a country that refuses to fund a significant college education for a soldier that dodged bullets in Iraq, while running huge deficits to finance the maintenance of thousands of nuclear warheads, wall street bailouts, and other insanity (like Duncan Hunters 63 million dollar 'plane to nowhere') has lost it's way. Patriots from the left and right can unite and demand real change and justice, before the chance to get either is extinguished. You just have to be brave enough to throw the Democrats and Republican Party's under the bus and vote for a genuine Change agent like Joe Ryan. Mike Lumpkin is piling in money from CoachWorks companies (armored vehicle providers) and other conflicted characters he'll owe favors and contracts too.

One thing Joe Ryan can count on over the last 48 years his life, is the fact that every decade their will be a huge scandal erupt over the treatment of our injured troops. It usually involves Walter Reed Hospital or VA facilities and care levels. The Democrats and Republicans get really mad in public and then as soon as things calm down and the reporters get distracted by another story, it's business as usual. Maybe the Democratic Party candidate will be different this time, but why take a chance on any Democrat when you consider the role Democratic members of the House and Senate have had in underfunding troop care while pouring money into 'planes to nowhere', unarmored humvees, and stealth bombers, that were never used much for anything besides show-bombing for the press now and then, before their retirement from service.

Here we go again. The Democrats just gave immunity to the telephone companies that broke the law; so a precedent has been set; and, in the future, any corporation that cheats the people out of their privacy, can fall back on a 'the government told us to do it' excuse. It's the so-called, 'moderates' of the Democratic party that keep selling us out. Guess what the kind of candidate the Democrats are likely to run?

Most citizens have not suffered nearly as much at the hands of methamphetamine users and other drugged out criminals than Joe Ryan did while leaving near the beach in San Diego; however, Joe Ryan does not support the war on drugs because he believes that drug addiction is a mental health problem that should be approached accordingly. The jails must be reserved for persons with a proven propensity to commit bad acts, regardless of whether they are on drugs.

This is also another issue that must be governed by the basic principal that we must pay for our societal desires, instead of borrowing money to fund our prison plans. We can't afford to spend 60k a year to put every druggie in jail. We would all be broke fast, and there would be few cured individuals.

We need a war on the Globalist criminals that run the international drug trade and who operate with impunity because they are well connected to government officials worldwide. Those are the guys who make the arrangements and pay the bribes that ensure that cold medicines remain widely available over the counter (despite having knowledge of how their customer-base uses the 'medicine' they legally sell) and who arrange the shipments of precursor chemicals to drug syndicates.

Joe Ryan realizes that resources utilized in the 'war on drugs' have been as badly misplaced as the military resources wasted in Iraq. We need to invest in mental Health counselors and affordable, effective treatment facilities, rather than more prisons, in order to break methamphetamine's grip on America, and we need to go after the problem by breaking-up the drug industry from the top down, instead of wasting money doing the opposite.

Billions of dollars in illegal drug profits cannot flow around the world without our New World Order Security Services knowing exactly who is involved at the top. It's a group of highly protected International criminals. If elected, Joe Ryan would try and get our DEA and other agencies to root the whole bunch out, and get them put of of business for good. Joe Ryan believes we need to pursue the billionaires at the top of the drug pyramid, with the same fervor that has been wasted pursuing the Globalist Crime Syndicate's drugged-out victims.

The Democratic Party has proven to be too weak and cowardly to stand up against the deficit-financed 'war on drugs'. They're always scared to death someone will accuse them of being 'for drugs', or 'against the children' if they do something rational to end a broken, ineffective drug enforcement system. Maybe the candidate the Democrats put up will break the mold and stand up against our debt-financed 'war on drugs', but that's just a hope. The Democrats will probably put up a candidate that will try and shadow Duncan Hunter politically, so they'll be very limited in what they can espouse. Why take a chance with a Democrat, who is pretending to be one of Duncan Hunter Sr's proteges, on such a critical issue.

Joe Ryan does not support any restrictions on benign substances such as Marijuana. Marijuana has never been linked to any dangerous activity; Therefore, Joe Ryan doesn't care if anyone smokes, eats, or makes a bed pillow out of it. Dangerous drugs like cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, and the like need some civil regulation; however, Joe Ryan feels the campaign to keep marijuana regulated is a propaganda sham based on ridiculous scholarship, and an overall lack of knowledge by citizens who have been conditioned and brainwashed to hate marijuana. Many now mistakenly believe marijuana is a scourge; instead of something that helps some with their health, and something that helps others pursue happiness (something the constitution guarantees citizens are allowed to do).

Joe Ryan's philosophy on this issue also reflects the enormous amount of deficit spending that is occurring, so that some Americans with control-freak issues, can fulfill a desire to regulate each and every other American they may ever encounter. Joe Ryan is against all types of people and culture control; especially where control based laws are not necessary, logical or affordable. Priorities matter where money is not unlimited. Joe Ryan believes we need to curb spending across the board, and cutting marijuana out of the 'drug war' would be a good start.

Joe Ryan predicts NO Democratic candidate in the 52nd District will touch this subject with a ten foot poll. That would require political courage and insight Democratic Party candidates seldom possess. Maybe the Democratic Party candidate will surprise us and take a stand that goes against their 52nd District issue-polling. Joe Ryan won't be holding his breath waiting for that to happen, and he suggests that rank and file members of the Democratic Party follow suit.
